How we work. Why it matters.

Three principles that separate root-cause assessment from transactional repair calls. No upsells. No surprises.

/ Principle One

Diagnosis is skilled labor

We charge for diagnostic visits because identifying the root cause of a system failure takes expertise, time, and proper instrumentation. Fee is based on time spent and distance traveled. No free assessments, you pay for the clarity of knowing what's wrong.

/ Principle Two

Clear scope before any work begins

After the assessment you receive a plain-language summary: what the problem is, what it will take to fix it, and what it costs. No scope changes after work starts without your explicit sign-off.
