Why is the diagnostic important?

Why is the diagnostic so important? Because it finds the real cause before any repair begins. Without that, you're just guessing, which often leads to unnecessary parts, repeat visits, and higher costs. Our diagnostic process pinpoints the root cause, helping you get the right repair the first time. A professional diagnosis isn't an extra expense; it's an investment that helps avoid costly mistakes and incorrect repairs. Once the diagnosis is complete, the report is yours. You can use it with us or any contractor you choose. Our goal is to give you the information you need to make a confident decision.

Our goal is to solve your problem, not charge you for answers. If, after completing our diagnostic process, we determine that we can't provide a solution or perform the repair, we will waive the diagnostic fee. You should only pay when you get real value and a clear path to fixing your issue.

Diagnostics start at $80

The diagnostic fee scales with time on site and distance to your facility. The first 30 minutes of diagnostics, including travel up to 30 minutes, cost $80. If the travel takes longer than 30 minutes, there will be an additional charge. Each additional hour of diagnostics costs $100 per hour. However, if the issues are found within the first 30 minutes, no additional charge will apply. Only larger problems will require extra diagnostic time. That assessment is yours to keep, use it with us or with anyone else.

After the diagnostics are completed, we can discuss the price and solution for your problem.

We strive to use the most reliable tools for diagnosing and resolving problems.
